Licence

This licence covers every preset file, look sheet and guide supplied with a Graded By pack.

What you may do

• Apply the grades to your own photographs, without limit.
• Use the resulting photographs commercially: client work, paid shoots, advertising, print, stock, anything.
• Install the files on as many of your own devices as you own, phone, tablet, laptop, desktop.
• Modify the grades, build your own presets from them, and use those freely on your own photographs.
• Keep the files permanently. There is no subscription and no expiry.

What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute, share or give away the preset files themselves, modified or unmodified, free or paid.
• Include the files in another product, bundle, course or template.
• Claim authorship of the grades.
• Upload the files to a public repository, file-sharing service, or any site from which others can download them.

The short version: the photographs you make are yours to do anything with. The files are licensed to you personally and stay with you.

Team and studio use

A licence covers one person. If several photographers in a studio will be installing and using the files, buy one licence per photographer. Write to us for anything above five and we will sort out a studio rate.

Attribution

Not required. You do not need to credit Graded By on photographs you grade with these presets.

Termination

Redistributing the files terminates this licence. The photographs you have already made remain yours.
