These terms apply when you buy from or use this site.

Who you are buying from

Graded By sells downloadable colour grading files for photo editing software. Contact details are in the footer of every page.

What you are buying

A download containing preset files, an install guide and a look sheet. You are buying a licence to use those files, set out in the licence. You are not buying the copyright in the grades.

Payment and delivery

Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details.

Delivery is immediate and electronic: a download link is sent to the email address you give at checkout, and the same link appears on your receipt. Nothing is posted to you.

If the link does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then write to us and we will resend it.

Compatibility

Each pack page states which software the files work with. It is your responsibility to check that against what you are running before buying. The install guide describes the requirements for both desktop and mobile, including the limitation in the free mobile app.

Prices

Prices are shown in rupees and include applicable tax. We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Refunds

Set out separately in refunds.

What we do not promise

We do not promise that a grade will suit any particular photograph, that it will produce a specific commercial result, or that the software it targets will continue to behave as it does today. Software changes are outside our control.

We do not promise uninterrupted access to this website.

Liability

Our liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost work, lost income or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site, and do not scrape it wholesale.

Trademarks

Adobe, Adobe Lightroom and Lightroom are trademarks of Adobe. Graded By is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Adobe. We name the software only to describe what our files are compatible with.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you buy.
