What comes
back to you
Most shops sell you one file and leave you to work out why it will not open. A phone running the free Lightroom app cannot import an .xmp at all, which is the single most common reason a preset purchase turns into a refund request.
Every pack here ships both files and a guide written for the version you actually have.

Before you order
01Will these work on the free Lightroom app?
Yes. The free mobile app cannot import .xmp files, which is why every pack also ships .dng versions. You open the .dng in Lightroom Mobile, copy its settings, and paste them onto your own photo. The install guide walks through it with screenshots.
02Do they work on Lightroom Classic?
Yes. The .xmp files install into Lightroom Classic and Lightroom CC on both Mac and Windows, and appear in your preset panel like any other preset.
03Will the grade look the same on my photos?
No, and no preset will. A preset is a transfer curve, not a filter: it moves the colours your photograph already has. Exposure, white balance and light change the result, which is exactly why there is a tool on this site for testing a pack on your own frame first.
04Can I use these on client work?
Yes. The licence covers personal and commercial use on photographs you took. You cannot resell, redistribute or repackage the preset files themselves.
05What if it does not work?
Write to us with your Lightroom version and the device, and we will get it installed or refund you. Digital files are not refundable once downloaded as a matter of policy, but a file that does not work is a different thing from a change of mind.
06How do I get the files?
A download link arrives by email the moment the payment clears, and the same link stays available in your receipt. There is no account to create.
